Do you have difficulty loving yourself? Do you hold on to resentments? Are you stuck in your mind unable to feel deeply? Would you like to be able to trust your own inner guidance and eliminate confusion and indecision? Your brain process positive and negative thoughts equally. Thinking becomes feeling which then becomes your behavior. The more you think similar thoughts of any kind, the faster your neurons (brain cells) trigger the body to feel a corresponding emotion.
